Sweet Duet sells authentic handcrafted Atreyapuram Putharekulu, a fresh perishable food product with a natural shelf life of 20 days at room temperature. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Perishable Food - Special Conditions Apply
As a fresh food product, Putharekulu cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. We do not accept returns on perishable food items under any circumstances.
However, we stand fully behind the quality of every order we dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we will make it right immediately.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

To report an issue, WhatsApp us at +91 90309 19898 or email support@sweetduet.in with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve within 24 hours, either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered for replacement or refund, as we cannot verify the condition of a perishable product after that window.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable food items (all Putharekulu products) where no damage or defect is reported within 48 hours
- Items that have been partially or fully consumed
- Sale items and gift cards
- Orders where incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge.

After 2 hours, production begins and cancellation is not possible, as the order is handcrafted fresh specifically for you.

Refunds
If your return or damage claim is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@sweetduet.in.
European Union - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification, except for perishable goods, which are exempt from this right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. As Putharekulu is a perishable food product, the EU 14-day cooling off period does not apply to our products.
