1. Shipping Partners & Coverage
We currently service deliveries across India through our integrated logistics partners:

Shipyaari
Note:Â Serviceability depends on the delivery address pincode. Remote locations may have limited service.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays/holidays will be processed the next business day
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery estimates:
All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days
Metro Cities:Â 2-4 business days
Other Tier 1/2 Cities:Â 3-6 business days
Rest of India:Â 5-8 business days
Note:Â These are estimates only – actual delivery may vary due to:

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Delivery location
Package weight/dimensions
Selected delivery speed
Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive:
SMS/email with tracking ID
Direct tracking links to monitor your package
Regular status updates until delivery
6. Delivery Attempts
Logistics partners will make 2 delivery attempts
After failed attempts, package will be returned to us
Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
7. Special Handling
Our food products require:
✓ Signature at delivery (for perishable items)
✓ Immediate refrigeration upon receipt
✓ Careful handling instructions followed
