At SweetDuet Foods, we take pride in offering high-quality food products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive damaged, spoiled, or defective items

Incorrect Items: If you receive wrong products different from what you ordered

Quality Issues: If products fail to meet quality standards upon delivery

Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal taste preferences.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide:

Order number

Photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product

Detailed description of the issue

Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

3. Refund Options
Approved refunds will be processed as:

Full Refund: For damaged/incorrect items (including shipping charges)

Partial Refund: For partially affected orders

Processing Time: 5-7 business days after return approval

4. Shipping Returns
For eligible returns:

We will email you a return shipping label if required

Products must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs will be borne by us for valid claims

5. Returns:
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 24 – 48 Hours days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days

6. Refund: 
you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days
